Our Pastors

Pastors Mark & Cindy Smith

Under the direction of the Holy Ghost, Pastors Mark & Cindy Smith planted Victory Life Church in Ham Lake, MN, in 2014. We are a Church who loves God, loves people, and desires to help spread the Gospel of salvation through Jesus Christ around the world!

Pastor Mark grew up in a Pentecostal Church, giving his life to Jesus as a child, and baptized in the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues at age 12.

Graduating from World Harvest Bible College (now, Valor) in Columbus, Ohio (Pastor Rod Parsley), Pastors Mark and Cindy continued to work in their local church for many years, before Victory Life Church became a reality.

The parents of 5 wonderful adult children (Benjamin, Ken & Chelsea, Heidi & Peter, Amanda, and Brennan) and 9 amazing Grandchildren (Tyler, Cameron, Kennedy, Cash, Greyr, Ava, Elle, Ila, and Smith), Pastors Mark & Cindy celebrate their love of their family.

And these miracle signs will accompany those who believe: They will drive out demons in the Power of My Name. They will speak in tongues. They will be supernaturally protected from snakes and from drinking anything poisonous. And they will lay hands on the sick and heal them.’ After saying these things, Jesus was lifted up into Heaven and sat down at the place of honor at the right hand of God! And the apostles went out announcing the Good News everywhere, as the Lord Himself consistently worked with them, validating the message they preached with miracle-signs that accompanied them!"

At Graceful Manna Bible Study, we meet weekly to learn about the rich treasures in the Word of God and how to apply His principles to our lives.

Currently, we are going through the last book of the Bible, the Book of Revelation. Oh! The BLESSING of this book! In fact, it is the only book of the Bible that declares a Blessing upon any person who reads this book. And we have been so blessed in our study, revealing who Jesus Christ is!

Children's Ministry

As Jesus wanted the little children to come to Him, we at VLC love children in our services! We also have prepared an area for them to explore while learning about Jesus and who they are in Christ! Our qualified and loving teachers patiently explain the Word of God as they instruct our children in Godly living and loving the Lord.

As you train up your child(ren) in the way they should go, we are here with you, helping them to learn more about God and grow in loving Him. With resources to help you be loving and devoted parents as you prepare your child to live according to the Word of God, we stand with you and pray with and for you.
